Medigap Plan C
Medigap Plan C is a popular plan.
Plan C offers coverage for 8 out of 9 Medicare Supplement Benefits.
It has the same coverage as the most popular Medigap Plan F with the exception of not covering Medicare Part B excess charges. If your doctor accepts Medicare assignment, Plan C will pay the same as a Plan F.
Plan C will no longer be available starting in 2020.

Covered Part A Costs (Hospital) per *Benefit Period with a Medigap Plan C
* A benefit period begins when you receive services as an inpatient in a hospital. It ends after you have been out of the hospital and have not received skilled care in other facility for 60 consecutive days. All Part A copayments and deductibles start new with the beginning of each new benefit period.
